NAMALE'S CUISINE

The menu choices for the day are displayed from breakfast on for your choices. If guests would like something else they are welcome to request an alternative. For lunch, guests have the option of having lunch with the other guests or rather a picnic served on the beach, at the pool, or at their bure.

Dinner is a three course presentation. Following are some example menus and there is always a choice for main course:

  • Barbeque beef salad or
  • Pawpaw and celery soup
  • Seafood Paella on Rice Risotto or
  • Combination of Veal and King Prawns with Vegetables
  • Creamy Cheese cake
  • Vegetable croquet or
  • Freshly made Mushroom soup
  • Spring chicken with BBQ sauce or
  • Coral Trout served with Scallops
  • Homemade Apple studel
  • Fish Tempura or
  • Pumpkin Bisque
  • Tasty Lamb Cutlets with steamed vegetables or
  • Special seafood on rice with a medley of vegetables
  • Tulips with Ice Cream
  • Vegetable samoosa or
  • Dhal soup (split pea soup)
  • Thai Chicken Curry or
  • Traditional Vegetable Curry
  • Devil's food chocolate cake

These are just some short examples of the type of wonderful food you will enjoy!

WINE AND BEVERAGES....

COCKTAILS are served anytime of the day for our guests. We all come together at the "cocktail hour" around 7:00pm to visit with the other guests and share the experiences of the day and enjoy cocktails while looking out at the spectacular colors of the sunset and end to a perfect day.....a few of our favorite cocktails.....Try them all!

Namale Special: A delicious mix of our fresh fruits and coconut milk with Dark rum, White rum, and Contreau.
Dreamhouse: An exotic blend of fruit juice, White Creme de Cacao, Galliano and Contreau.
Hole in the Wall: A colorful mixture of Light rum, Blue Caracau, special fruit juices.
Banana Fijian: A tropical flavor of fresh banana with Galliano, Creme de Banana, Coconut Passion and juices.
Zombie: A powerful blend of fruit juices, Light rum, Dark rum, Brandy and Lime juice.
